What we collect
- Your name, email, delivery address and phone number when you order.
- Your order history.
- Your email address if you join our mailing list.
- Basic information about how you use the site, through cookies.
Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To send you news and offers, only if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the shop working and secure, and to meet our legal and accounting duties.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which runs our shop.
- Our payment provider.
- Our warehouse and Royal Mail, to pack and deliver your order.
We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and tax, usually six years. We keep your mailing list details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@streetsounds.co.uk. If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
