If you change your mind, you can return an item within 14 days. If something arrives faulty or damaged, we'll put it right.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by emailing hello@streetsounds.co.uk with your order number, then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

Return postage is paid by you.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us at hello@streetsounds.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Please include your order number. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, to the payment method you used. If you return a whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
