These terms apply when you buy from the Street Sounds online shop. Please read them before you order.

Who we are

This shop is run by Street DNA Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16375534. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Email: hello@streetsounds.co.uk.

Your order

When you place an order, we email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we dispatch your order. If we can't accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we'll tell you and you won't be charged.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Street DNA Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, times and the free delivery threshold are on our Delivery page.

Cancelling and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Our Returns page explains how.

Faulty items

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
